Understanding Alzheimer’s: Free Educational Series
Alzheimer’s and dementia can impact memory, thinking, and daily life—but understanding the signs and progression can make a meaningful difference.
The Cortland Wyoming, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, is hosting a free three-part educational series to help individuals and families learn more about these conditions and how to respond.
Each session covers an important topic, including recognizing early warning signs, understanding the differences between Alzheimer’s and dementia, and learning lifestyle habits that support brain health. Attendees will gain practical knowledge, helpful resources, and guidance from experts.
The series will take place on April 15, May 20, and June 17 from 6–7 p.m. at 2708 Meyer Ave SW in Wyoming, MI. A boxed dinner will be provided, and guests are asked to RSVP at least one week in advance to reserve a spot by emailing [email protected] or calling (616) 320-0838.
This series is a great opportunity to stay informed, support loved ones, and take a proactive approach to brain health.
