Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At The Cortland Wyoming, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
With our signature memory care program, Along the Journey, we are able to meet our residents where they are in their journey and continue to provide them a sense of purpose and joy. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.
